Supera is a civil association with four decades of experience in sexual reproductive health programs and personal improvement.

The Institution was founded in the year of 1979 by her now president Mrs. Yolanda Santos de Hoyos, having the firm intention of favoring the quality of life of the most vulnerable communities in our state.
